Most of our work happens on the road, but our office is open by appointment. If you would like to meet us in person, to discuss a recurring schedule, a wedding plan, or a private security route, we are pleased to make the time.

How far in advance should I book a chauffeur?
For a regular drive, twenty-four hours is comfortable. For weddings, intercity journeys, or vehicle preferences, a few days are kinder. Same-day requests are honoured whenever the fleet allows, with a quiet word from our team if it cannot.
Do you operate outside the metros you list?
Frequently. Tell us where the day is. If it is within reach of one of our cities, we will plan it. If it is further afield, we may partner with a vetted local house and continue to oversee the journey ourselves.
Can I request the same chauffeur every time?
Yes, and many of our clients do. Once a chauffeur is paired with you, they will be your default whenever they are available, with a familiar second chauffeur briefed for cover days.
How is pricing handled?
Pricing is shared up front, with no surprise additions for waiting time, route changes, or weather. For long-standing clients, monthly retainer arrangements are available on request.
What about privacy and data?
We hold the minimum we need to serve you well: name, contact, journey notes. Records are not shared, and chauffeurs see only the assignment in front of them. For high-discretion clients, we offer a no-record option on request.
